Hoop-La

-HOW TO PLAY
1)  Player gets 3 hoops

2) Player then tosses the hoops one at a time and tries to ring a block.  The
hoops must fall completely over the block and rest flat on the table to win

None


-SUGGESTED PAY OUTS
Three hoops over blocks                3 tickets
Two hoops over blocks                   2 tickets

Any hoop on the red block add 2 tickets
